You can ask us to delete your information at https://app.standingby.io/recipient-access. We stop contacting you about anyone at once. Your name stays in the contacts of everyone you consented to for 30 days, so that we can inform them of your withdrawn consent and they can arrange alternate contacts, then your information is removed. Consenting again for any of them before then cancels your deletion request.

To stop StandingBy contacting you about Sarah Chen, withdraw on this website, or tell us any other way, for example by email to support@straightasoftware.com. If you reply STOP to any text from +1 202-555-0143, StandingBy stops contacting you about everyone who has you as a contact, not only Sarah Chen. Stopping will end texts as well as calls to you, and each person affected is told straight away that you can no longer be reached.
